□ 2.学位证原件及其认证原件

2.The original degree certificate and the original Notarial Certificate of Degree. (only for the first extension of the work permit)

□ 3.聘用合同或任职证明原件

5. Electronic ID photo（The photo should be taken within the past six months, with white background and facial features complete, no spots or flaws, in JPEG format, with size 40K-120k bytes, between 354 (width) * 472 (height) pixels and 420 (width) * 560 (hight) pixels.）
