二、招生类别及申请条件

2026年，辽东学院国际教育学院面向全球招收以下三类国际学生：

1. 汉语言专业本科生

本项目旨在培养具备扎实的汉语基础，系统掌握中国语言、文学及文化知识，能够胜任经贸、教育、文化交流等领域工作的高素质应用型双语人才。

●学制：4年

●语言要求：无语言基础限制。

●基本条件：非中国籍公民，身体健康，具有高中毕业及以上学历，品行端正。

●毕业与学位：学生在规定年限内完成教学计划规定的全部学分，成绩合格，通过毕业论文答辩，将获得辽东学院颁发的汉语言专业本科毕业证书；符合《辽东学院学士学位授予工作实施细则》规定者，将被授予文学学士学位证。

2. 语言进修生

本项目专为希望快速提升汉语水平、深入了解中国文化的国际人士设计。课程涵盖精读、口语、听力、阅读、写作，并辅以丰富的中国文化体验课程。

●学制：一学期起。

●语言要求：申请者需具备一定的汉语基础，汉语水平考试（HSK）成绩须达到3级180分及以上。

●基本条件：非中国籍公民，身体健康，年龄一般在18至35周岁之间。

●结业证书：学习期满，成绩合格者，颁发辽东学院汉语进修结业证书及成绩单。

*无中文基础学生专项通道： 若申请人无汉语基础，学院将视申请人数情况开设专项汉语入门班。若开学时专项班申请人数未达到最低开班要求（5人），学院将为相关学生制定个性化的学习计划，或建议其转入其他合适的课程项目，具体安排以学院开学前通知为准。

3. 国际中文教师奖学金语言进修生

本项目由教育部中外语言交流合作中心设立，旨在培养优秀的国际中文教师。辽东学院作为接收院校，欢迎符合条件的申请者。

●核心申请条件：申请者须为非中国籍公民，年龄在16-35周岁（在职中文教师可放宽），并满足相应的HSK/HSKK等级要求。

●一学年研修生：HSK三级210分以上。

●一学期研修生：HSK三级180分以上，并具有HSKK成绩。

●奖学金内容：覆盖学费、住宿费、生活费（2500元/月）和综合医疗保险费。

三、申请流程与截止日期

1. 奖学金生申请流程及时间

自2026年3月1日起，申请者可登录中外语言交流合作中心网站国际中文教师奖学金版块，查询推荐机构与接收院校（选择“辽东学院”）；在线提交申请材料，关注申请进程、审核意见与奖学金评审结果。

2. 自费生申请流程及时间

自费生（汉语言本科生、语言进修生）可直接登录 http://gjjyxy.liaodongu.edu.cn，提交材料并缴费（申请费500元）进行申请。

●秋季学期（9月入学）：申请截止日期为5月15日。

●春季学期（3月入学，仅限进修生）：申请截止日期为10月31日。

I. College Overview

Eastern Liaoning University is located in Dandong City, Liaoning Province – the largest and most beautiful border city in China. Blessed with a pleasant climate and picturesque scenery, the university is a comprehensive institution with profound cultural heritage and distinctive educational characteristics. As a key window for international exchange and cooperation, the International Education College is committed to providing high-quality international Chinese education and authentic Chinese cultural experiences to students worldwide.

The college boasts an experienced and highly professional faculty, advanced teaching facilities, and a beautiful campus. II. Programs & Admission Requirements

In 2026, the International Education College of Eastern Liaoning University recruits three categories of international students:

1. Chinese Language Undergraduate Program (Bachelor Degree)

This program aims to cultivate high-quality applied bilingual talents with a solid foundation in Chinese language, systematic knowledge of Chinese linguistics, literature, and culture, capable of working in fields such as economics & trade, education, and cultural exchange.

●Duration: 4 years

●Language requirement: No prior Chinese proficiency required.

●Basic requirements: Non-Chinese citizens in good health, holding a high school diploma or above, with good conduct.

●Graduation & Degree: Students who complete all required credits, pass academic assessments, and successfully defend their graduation thesis will be awarded the Undergraduate Diploma in Chinese Language from Eastern Liaoning University; those meeting the requirements of the "Implementation Rules for Bachelor's Degree Conferment of Eastern Liaoning University" will be granted a Bachelor of Arts degree.

2. Language Training Students (Non-degree)

This program is designed for international learners who wish to rapidly improve their Chinese proficiency and deepen their understanding of Chinese culture. The curriculum includes intensive reading, speaking, listening, reading, writing, and rich Chinese cultural experience courses.

●Duration: Minimum one semester.

●Language requirement: Applicants must have a basic command of Chinese, with HSK level 3 score of 180 or above.

●Basic requirements: Non-Chinese citizens in good health, generally between 18 and 35 years old.

●Certificate: Upon successful completion, students will receive a Certificate of Completion in Chinese Language Training and an official transcript from Eastern Liaoning University.

*Special Track for Beginners: For applicants with no prior Chinese knowledge, the college will consider offering a special beginner class depending on enrollment numbers. If the number of applicants does not meet the minimum requirement (5 students) before the semester starts, the college will design personalized study plans or suggest transferring to suitable programs. Specific arrangements will be notified before the semester begins.

3. International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship – Language Training Students

This scholarship is established by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) under the Ministry of Education, aiming to cultivate outstanding international Chinese language teachers. Eastern Liaoning University welcomes qualified applicants as a host institution.

●Core requirements: Non-Chinese citizens aged between 16 and 35 (working Chinese language teachers may be exempted from the age limit), and must meet the corresponding HSK/HSKK level requirements.

●One-Academic-Year Study Program: HSK level 3 score ≥ 210.

●One-Semester Study Program: HSK level 3 score ≥ 180, with valid HSKK score.

●Scholarship Coverage: Tuition, accommodation, living allowance (2,500 RMB/month), and comprehensive medical insurance.

1. Scholarship Application Process & Dates

From March 1, 2026, applicants can log on to the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship section of the CLEC website (http://www.chinese.cn), search for recommendation agencies and host institutions (select "Eastern Liaoning University"), submit application materials online, and monitor the application process, review comments, and scholarship results.

2. Self-funded Student Application Process & Dates

Self-funded applicants (Chinese Language Undergraduate & Language Training students) can directly visit http://gjjyxy.liaodongu.edu.cn to submit required documents and pay the application fee (500 RMB).

●Autumn Semester (September intake): Application deadline is May 15.

●Spring Semester (March intake, only for language training students): Application deadline is October 31.
